I grew up in Liguria Italy, and moved to North America in my late teens, and have been obsessed with baking, ever since I can remember.  The smells, sights, and texture of sweets or “Dolci” as they say in Italian, instilled nostalgia of returning home where food is considered a window to one’s soul.

Many call this obsession with baking – Food Porn– but it’s so much more. It’s a sense of self- preservation, as the daily stresses of life, take a toll on my sanity, the kitchen is my refuge. It includes a world of baked temptations that are reminiscent of my Italian heritage with recipes handed down from several generations.

All of my recipes are made with natural, simple ingredients as one would find in Italy; in essence all of my baking originates from an organic state.

My goal in creating this website is to allow our customers a taste of la dolce Italia; sweet, sensual, and irresistible.
